Melamine ELISA kit is based on the
specific immunochemical reactions between antigen and antibody. It relies on
the competition of Melamine conjugate and Melamine residue in the sample to bind
to the Melamine antigen coating on the microtiter wells. In the test procedure,
the sample and the Melamine conjugate are added into the microtiter well. If
the chemical is present in the sample, it will compete with the Melamine
conjugate.
